A BIT ABOUT US…

We know that there are hundreds of retreats on offer each year,
and numerous teachers to choose from.
Our values are simple: we teach classes that are open to all students
regardless of previous experience, age or body-type.

We choose venues which are affordable and accessible,
and which prioritise sustainability and working in harmony with the environment.
We want to create events which are suitable and accessible for everyone wanting to join us.

We appreciate from our own experiences in life, how yoga can provide a huge boost to physical and mental wellbeing, and want to share it as widely as possible.
